Description Job Summary The Warehouse Clerk keeps our warehouse running. This role receives and stores incoming inventory, picks and packs customer orders, keeps stock records accurate, and delivers merchandise to our customers. You will work closely with our sales and retail team and help customers on the floor when needed. We are looking for someone organized, dependable, and careful with details. Work Environment Work is performed in a warehouse and industrial retail location, with regular outdoor work during loading and deliveries in all weather conditions. The employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and airborne particles, with noise levels ranging from quiet to loud. This position operates company vehicles, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times. Primary Responsibilities
- Receiving: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory, and unload shipments.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment, and coordinate with shipping carriers.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and ensure proper stock levels.
- Point of Sale: Use the point-of-sale system to maintain inventory levels, create and track orders, and process receiving.
- Equipment: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Deliveries: Load and deliver merchandise to customers using company vehicles.
- Warehouse Upkeep: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with product questions and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Teamwork: Work closely with team members to keep orders moving and customers satisfied.
- Store Support: Support cashiers and sales associates as needed. Requirements Experience, Education and Certifications Required
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Warehouse Experience: Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
- Forklift: Forklift certification, or willingness to obtain certification after hire.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
- Tools: Proficiency in the safe use of hand tools and power tools. Other Desired Skills/Qualifications

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and remain on foot for extended periods.
