Role Overview As a People Associate , you will support day-to-day HR activities for the Bangalore office and help create a smooth and positive employee experience. This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career and looking to gain hands-on exposure across HR operations, employee engagement, and hiring in a fast-paced startup. What You’ll Do HR Operations
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Support onboarding activities including documentation and orientation
- Help maintain employee records and HR systems
- Provide support during employee exit processes Employee Experience & Engagement
- Help organize employee events, team activities, and celebrations
- Support feedback collection and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with performance review cycles and documentation Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Support scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Assist in sourcing profiles and maintaining candidate trackers
- Help ensure a smooth candidate experience General Support
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Admin, IT) for day-to-day requirements
- Be a point of contact for basic employee queries and support What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience (or strong internships) in HR, preferably in startups
- Interest in HR operations, employee engagement, and hiring
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Who This Role Is Ideal For
