• Utilize customer data and insights to drive marketing decisions and enhance brand engagement.

• 2–3 years of experience in a D2C brand, preferably in skincare, beauty, or wellness.
• Strong creative copywriting skills with a deep understanding of tone, emotion, and consumer psychology.
• Proven experience in campaign planning, product launch marketing, and brand storytelling.
• Strong grasp of consumer behavior, customer data, and insight-led marketing.
