International Customer Support Executive – Nagpur Nagpur | Work From Office | Full-Time Salary: ₹28,000–₹40,000 CTC Rotational Shifts Freshers & 0–2 Years Experience Role We are hiring confident candidates for an International Customer Support role, where you will interact with customers from global markets through calls and chat . Responsibilities Handle customer queries through calls and chat. Communicate professionally with international customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Maintain excellent customer experience. Follow process and quality guidelines. Achieve assigned performance targets. Requirements Excellent English communication skills . Confident and customer-friendly personality. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge. Freshers are welcome. 0–2 years of customer service/BPO experience is acceptable. Graduation completed preferred. Must be comfortable with Work From Office in Nagpur . Must be comfortable with rotational shifts .
