• 8:30 PM Location: Charlottesville, Virginia Position Overview The Scheduler I plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients. This position supports patients throughout the scheduling and registration process while working closely with our Imaging Center and Business Office teams. Key responsibilities include:
• Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating imaging services
• Providing friendly and professional assistance to patients by phone
• Registering patients and maintaining accurate patient information
• Managing medical records and other patient documentation
• Communicating with patients, physician offices, and internal team members
• Supporting daily Business Office and Imaging Center operations

• To be competitive, must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED) SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Ability to provide documentation accurately and concisely.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
