We can help move your career from now to next. Job Summary The Office Administrator supports the firm by overseeing daily administrative tasks and supporting staff. Duties and Responsibilities The Office Administrator position will focus on the following areas:
- Support the receptionist in their absence
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Enter and maintain client data
- Communicate with building maintenance
- Assist with monthly client billing
- Manage firm wide calendars
- Deliver and track new client correspondence
- Onboard new clients
- Review Employment Manual
- Support the long-term strategic plan and vision of the firm
- Adhere to firm’s Core Values, Ground Rules, and Mission Statement
- Utilize skillset on one of our firm’s committees
- Be viewed as a team player by associates
- Treat all associates with a high level of respect Qualifications The Office Administrator position typically requires the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associates Degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required
- Experience with CRM software
- Problem-solving ability, thoroughness, cautiousness, attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player, professional, respectful in interactions with associates and clients
- Takes initiative to research and resolve issues
- Strict confidentiality of clients’ information is a must
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively address opportunities and needs Salary and Benefits Pay/benefits are competitive based on industry standards.
