As a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and evolve scalable solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, architecture, and continuous improvement of development practices. You will work on complex initiatives, translating business requirements into secure, sustainable, and high-performance solutions. The position involves building integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, platform events, and asynchronous mechanisms. You will also contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, governance, and the adoption of engineering best practices. As a technical reference for the team, you will mentor other developers and contribute to architectural and strategic decisions.
