This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Operations & Maintenance Manager based in United States. This leadership role oversees the safe, reliable, and commercially effective operation of a regional portfolio of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will lead multidisciplinary teams while managing day-to-day operations, preventive and corrective maintenance, and vendor performance. The position combines technical expertise, operational leadership, emergency response, and commercial accountability across multiple sites. You will use SCADA, EMS, BMS, and other operational data to improve reliability, identify risks, and drive lasting corrective actions. The role also covers battery health, warranty management, maintenance planning, commissioning, regulatory compliance, and lifecycle optimization. You will work closely with customers, OEMs, contractors, engineers, and senior leaders in a fast-evolving energy infrastructure environment. The position is remote within California and offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and operational excellence of large-scale energy storage assets.
