Job Description: TD Private Trust, part of TD Wealth Private Wealth Management, provides specialized trust and estate services to individuals, corporations, charitable organizations, and Indigenous communities across Canada. Our Indigenous Trust Services (ITS) team partners with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit clients to administer complex trusts, safeguard assets, and support long-term financial priorities through strong relationships, specialized expertise, and exceptional service. We are looking for a Private Client Services Associate, Indigenous Trust Services (ITS) to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to build a career in a highly specialized area of wealth management while contributing to work that has a meaningful and lasting impact for Indigenous clients and communities. Working alongside experienced Trust Officers, you'll gain hands-on exposure to complex trust structures, client relationship management, governance considerations, and the broader trust and estate landscape . As your knowledge and experience grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility, deepen your trust expertise, and build the skills needed to progress within Indigenous Trust Services and the broader TD Wealth organization. This role is well suited to someone who is curious, relationship-focused and highly organized, and who wants to develop specialized expertise while building a long-term career in Wealth. What You'll Do

  • Partner with Trust Officers to support the administration and ongoing management of Indigenous trust relationships.
  • Build relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact for inquiries, service needs, and follow-up.
  • Develop hands-on knowledge of trust administration, documentation, governance requirements, and account activity.
  • Coordinate client meetings and ensure commitments and follow-up activities are carried through.
  • Help navigate client requests and complex situations by working with partners and subject-matter experts across TD Wealth.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation while ensuring regulatory, fiduciary, and internal requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and create an even stronger client experience.
  • Build your technical and relationship-management capabilities through exposure to increasingly complex trust matters.
  • Stay current on developments in trust and estate administration and apply that knowledge to support clients and the team. What You Bring
  • Undergraduate degree, College diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1 to 3 years experience in administration, legal support, procurement, contracts management, or Trust & Estates.
  • Pursuit or completion of the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation is an asset
  • but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Curiosity and an interest in developing deeper expertise in trusts, estates, governance, and wealth management.
