3D Modeling Artist Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced 3D Modeling Artist with strong expertise in high-quality 3D asset creation for CGI and real-time workflows. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects, delivering production-ready assets, and maintaining high quality standards across deliverables. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-poly, highly detailed models for CGI workflows.
  • Develop optimized low-poly models suitable for GLB / real-time pipelines.
  • Understand client requirements clearly and follow defined modeling guidelines.
  • Ensure high-quality output and consistency across projects.
  • Optimize models for performance without compromising visual quality.
  • Contribute ideas for workflow improvement and production efficiency.
  • Stay updated with and use the latest 3D AI tools to enhance productivity.
  • Independently handle projects from requirement understanding to final delivery.
  • Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality benchmarks. Technical Skills Required:
  • Strong expertise in any one (or more) of:
  • Autodesk Maya
  • Blender
  • 3ds Max
  • Advanced knowledge of:
  • High-poly & detailed modeling (CGI pipeline)
  • Low-poly optimization for GLB / real-time workflow
  • Strong sculpting skills in ZBrush
  • Knowledge of organic and hard-surface sculpting workflows
  • Basic working knowledge of Marvelous Designer (for cloth simulation)
  • Strong understanding of topology, UV mapping, and model optimization
  • Familiarity with latest AI-based 3D tools and automation workflows Soft Skills:

  • Adaptable and proactive approach Experience Required:
  • 2-4 years of experience in 3D modeling
  • Strong portfolio showcasing CGI and real-time assets
