Support Group Facilitator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Support Group Facilitator based in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to create meaningful, affirming spaces where trans, nonbinary, and non-cis individuals can connect, share experiences, and support one another. You’ll facilitate virtual peer groups focused on identity, wellness, community, and the experiences that shape gender journeys. The position combines live facilitation with thoughtful session preparation, participant follow-up, and opportunities to contribute to the evolution of support programming. You’ll use empathy, lived experience, and strong group-management skills to foster trust while maintaining healthy boundaries and inclusive group dynamics. The role also involves navigating sensitive topics, resolving conflicts, and recognizing when concerns require escalation beyond peer support. This is an independently contracted opportunity within a growing and evolving environment, with the flexibility to contribute to community events and broader engagement initiatives.
