Job Description This role will support Head, ACG Performance Management in driving sales productivity, workforce effectiveness, and performance governance across the business. The role oversees incentive plans, scorecards, and performance measurement frameworks to support business growth and productivity. Job Responsibilities: Incentive & Scorecard Governance

• Manage end-to-end sales incentive plans, scorecard methodologies and performance measurement frameworks. Computation of SIP and scorecard drivers
• Oversee incentive governance, appeals management, and policy implementation
• Support promotion tracking and workforce performance initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of business rules, measurement methodologies, and governance requirements
• Partner HR, Finance, Compliance, and Business stakeholders on performance and reward-related initiatives
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
• 8 to 12 years of experience in performance management, business analytics, sales management, strategy, business planning, or finance within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of retail banking, affluent banking, wealth management, or sales distribution businesses
• Experience in managing sales performance frameworks, incentive plans, scorecards and business reporting
• Highly motivated, strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to work under pressure Good team player and able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with business partners
• Familiar with usage of reporting tool such as Power BI, Hyperion Essbase, Oracle and skilled in Microsoft applications Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Manage end-to-end sales incentive plans, scorecard methodologies and performance measurement frameworks.
