Job Description: Position: Quality Assurance & Inspection Expert Job Location: Arunachal Pradesh , India Role Objective To establish, implement, and monitor quality assurance and inspection systems for RCC dam construction works, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, standards, and contractual requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans for RCC dam construction.
- Monitor inspection activities related to concrete production, placement, compaction, curing, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Review material approvals, test reports, method statements, and inspection records.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and client representatives on quality-related matters.
- Prepare periodic quality reports and documentation for project management. Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 12–15 years of relevant experience in QA/QC and inspection of large infrastructure projects.
- Strong site experience in Concrete / RCC dam projects is highly desirable.
- Thorough knowledge of concrete technology, testing procedures, and quality management systems.
