• Provides day-to-day program management and strategic oversight of DCAA's certification and compliance programs for the DoW Financial Management (FM) Certification Program and the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification.
• Provides day-to-day program management and strategic oversight of DCAA's certification and compliance programs for Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS).
• Manages, analyzes, and visualizes data and information related to the DoW FM Certification Program, DAWIA, and GAGAS. Develops and interprets certification policies and procedures.
• Serves as the Agency expert for the auditing functional area, the DoW FM Certification Program and GAGAS. Qualifications You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement. You must meet the minimum qualification requirements as stated in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Operating Manual, Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume. Specialized experience is defined as: demonstrated experience with providing subject matter expertise on a program/major project; managing a program/major project and providing oversight; interpreting and writing policy; and analyzing and interpreting data. Definition of Well Qualified: Leading, managing, and providing strategic oversight of organization-wide certification and compliance programs (such as DoW Financial Management, DAWIA, or GAGAS); developing, interpreting, and implementing complex certification policies; and analyzing, synthesizing, and visualizing program data to advise senior leadership and resolve complex compliance issues.
