Description Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time | Skilled Nursing | Lake Orion, MI Location: Lake Orion, MI Job Type: Part-Time Setting: Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Rehabilitation Make a Difference Through Meaningful Therapy Concept Rehab is looking for a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team in Lake Orion, Michigan . What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans
- Provide treatment for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to help patients reach their functional goals What We’re Looking For
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Michigan SLP license in good standing
- ASHA certification preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
