As our Senior Product Specialist , you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge die bonding technology and the customers who rely on it. You’ll translate complex technical capabilities into real-world solutions, ensuring our machines deliver maximum value across diverse manufacturing environments. Your expertise will directly influence product adoption, customer satisfaction, and the evolution of our next-generation systems. This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise, customer engagement, application support, and product development . What You’ll Do
- Serve as the go-to technical expert for our die bonding machine portfolio, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, application trials, and process optimization sessions for customers.
- Collaborate with R&D to provide market-driven feedback on product features, performance, and usability.
- Develop and deliver technical training for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, both remotely and on-site.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, application notes, and competitive analysis reports.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, technical seminars, and customer visits to showcase our solutions.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and service teams to identify customer needs and develop effective technical solutions. What You’ll Need
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics , or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment, precision automation, or related manufacturing technology.
- Strong understanding of die bonding processes, materials, and equipment operation .
- Hands-on experience with motion control systems, vision alignment, and process optimization .
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer support, training, and technical activities.
- Ability to effectively liaise with business clients in Hong Kong and China; proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage.
