- 8–12 years of overall
Sap Hcm
/ SAP SuccessFactors experience
- 5–7 end-to-end ECP or
Sap Hcm
Payroll implementation projects
- Minimum 2 end-to-end ECP implementations (full lifecycle: design through go-live)
- Strong working knowledge of Employee Central (EC) and its integration with ECP
- Independently deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation activities, reporting to the Project Lead
- Design and review country-specific payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types
- Configure and manage payroll integrations with EC, FI, Time Management, and third-party systems
- Provide expert guidance during UAT, parallel payroll runs, and go-live
- Guide and review the work of junior payroll consultants
- Strong expertise in SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) N/A Egypt Consulting Professional Giza, EG (0040) IBM World Trade Corp
