- Monitors the content & onboarding team members, ensuring SLAs and quality standards are met.
- Track agent performance and prepare reports using advanced Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Ensure accurate menu creation, timely updates, and dish-level photography in line with SOPs.
- Train vendors on tablet operations, order fulfillment, operating hours, and payment and billing processes.
- Conduct regular quality checks to improve content accuracy and customer experience.
