Accounts Payable Specialist

A growing construction services company is seeking two experienced Accounts Payable Specialists to join its accounting team. With a new Controller restructuring the department and bringing the AP function together in California, this is a great opportunity to join a team during an important period of growth and process improvement. The Accounts Payable Specialist will own full-cycle AP responsibilities, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payments, and issue resolution. This role works closely with Operations, Project Managers, and other departments to ensure accurate, timely processing and will be especially well suited for someone who is detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable researching and resolving discrepancies.
