  • Education: Univeristy degree in a business or technical field, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience: in electronics distribution, connectors, and manufacturing
  • Digital proficiency: Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
  • Language skills: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 80%) ## What you can expect
  • Management of multiple European and regional sales partners, including regular visits to them
  • Responsibility for the POA performance of assigned accounts
  • Preparation of business plans and regular POS forecasts for sales partners
  • Close collaboration with the regional

  • Monitoring the efficiency of sales partners using KPIs
  • Overseeing or directly participating in key negotiations
