• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand leadership hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and attract high-caliber candidates for senior-level positions through various channels, including networking, job boards, and social media.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future leadership roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and leadership hiring. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in leadership and senior-level hiring within the IT sector.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
