216 H Compensation Range: $42.00 - $56.70 The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Responsibilities: General Purpose: Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities. Weekday evening (5:30pm-10pm), Weekends (7am-5:30pm) Come join us! Exciting opportunity to become part of the Primary Care Network team! The RN provides remote patient care, documentation and communication to patients and providers for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine practices. Responsibilities include telephone and MyChart triage, utilizing professional nursing assessment skills and identified triage standards in decision making. The RN will work closely with our Digital Health team. Performs other tasks as assigned, triage and experience with all ages is required. One to two years of experience in direct nursing care required.
