Tactical Supply Planner – Accessories

We are looking for a Tactical Supply Planner to join our Global Supply Chain Team in Subotica to balance demand and supply to achieve defined service availability, inventory and cost targets. About the Job In this role, you will be responsible for all tactical supply planning activities and all operational purchasing activities for external and internal manufacturers within the B2C consumer goods portfolio. Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Develop and maintain medium-term supply plans to ensure product availability while balancing inventory, capacity, and cost targets.
• Prepare and review 3-9 month supply forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate supply planning activities with internal and external manufacturing partners to align supply with customer demand.
• Manage purchase orders and support the smooth flow of products across the supply network.
• Monitor inventory levels across distribution centers and drive actions to optimize stock and service performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively manage supply risks and resolve potential disruptions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing planning and supply chain processes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate effective communication across the supply chain. About You We are looking for a unique and talented professional who brings along the following:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, S&OP, Fulfillment, Procurement, or a related area.
• Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory management, procurement, logistics, and demand/supply planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data and planning tools.
• Experience working with SAP is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
