Electrician

Mō te tūranga | About the role We’re looking for a Registered Electrician to join Fulton Hogan and help deliver good work across our electrical operations. In this role, you’ll carry out installation, repairs and maintenance of electrical assets safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role for someone who backs themselves, values safety, and likes working with a team that is flat, friendly and serious when it counts. You’ll be trusted to get stuck in, think ahead, and help us keep moving forward. Flexibility is important, as some work may include night shifts, weekend work and participation in an after-hours callout roster. Ngā tino kawenga mahi | Key role responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, repair and maintenance of electrical assets safely and efficiently.
• Identify, minimise and report high-risk situations, while following all safety, environmental and quality processes.
• Maintain plant, tools, work areas and storage spaces so they are compliant, tidy and ready for use.
• Work closely with your crew to manage risk, solve problems and deliver work on time and to a high standard.
• Authorise and certify prescribed electrical work where appropriate, and support any other duties reasonably requested. Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with
• New Zealand Electrical Registration and a current practising licence.
• A full Class 1 driver licence, with Class 2 an advantage.
• Availability to join an after-hours callout roster and work night shifts when required.
• A safety-first mindset, practical problem-solving ability, and pride in doing the job properly.
