Grande Aire Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our high-volume, fast-paced service team. What We Offer • $19–$22/hr. (experience-based)

- Answer high-volume inbound calls
- Convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments
- Set up and maintain customer records in Service Titan
- Coordinate and dispatch appointments
- Promote services and assist across communication channels
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism
- Support basic accounts receivable tasks What You Bring
- 1+ year of call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- A positive, service-driven attitude
