Join the Department of County Assets (DCA) as a Senior Business Systems Analyst! Serving as a trusted bridge between business partners and IT, you will manage service requests and assigned projects while analyzing business processes. You will collaborate with the Department of County Human Services to align with strategic goals and lead data analytics initiatives that continuously improve our systems. In this role, you will:

• Meet regularly with business part ners to clarify needs, navigate IT intake, identify technical solutions, and champion their priorities.
• Facilitate and lead requirements gathering, process analysis, product evaluations, UAT, and end-user training.
• Responsible for user story creation, system diagramming, technical documentation, test automation, and developer specs using AI tools.
• Lead small IT project plans, schedules, and resources while guiding Agile development teams through implementation.
• Evaluate business value, risks, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for new requests while managing account portfolios. • Bachelor's degree (in lieu of degree, equivalent years of experience will be considered) AND
• Three (3) years or more experience in of the following areas:
• Experience leading and developing complex project documentation, including requirements, business specifications, process analysis, and User Acceptance Test plans.
• Experience with analytical and consultative support for IT systems, covering operation, maintenance, enhancement, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience with advising and influencing business partners on technology solutions, and facilitating key decision-making to align business and IT strategy.
• Experience with coordinating and managing vendor activities for the successful delivery and integration of third-party solutions.
• Experience using AI tools to assist in solving technical problems and in the software development process •
