In this position, you will be responsible for helping maintain and improve multiple websites and apps. You will be editing and publishing content, using key technology to drive quality assurance and understanding of the user experience, documenting bugs, helping resolve issues, and testing functionality within our digital channels.

 What You'll Do

 How You'll Do It
• Coordinate and manage incoming CX department work requests, ensuring changes are completed accurately and within established timelines. Assign tickets to the appropriate internal or external resources using Asana
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues, updates and enhancements.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) testing, validate issue resolution, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support Annual Enrollment Period / Open Enrollment Period initiatives by coordinating updates across multiple stakeholders and web properties. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for production release testing
• Train and support stakeholders in the use of our digital platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Utilize digital analytics tools, including Google Search Console and ContentSquare, to evaluate website performance and inform digital experience improvements.
• Conduct ongoing QA reviews of digital properties through manual testing and online tools such as SiteImprove and Acquia SearchStax to ensure accuracy, accessibility and functionality
• Partner with content team to perform ad hoc website reviews and scans. Support annual internal and external audits, including annual compliance reviews. Create and maintain JIRA user stories and requirements to address defects and enhancements. 
 Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years related experience or bachelor’s degree in lieu of experience.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) Preferred Skills & Experience
• Associate's degree.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in routine interactions, actively listen to understand needs, and adapt messaging to support team collaboration.
• Ability to analyze information, identify routine challenges, and partner with others to implement solutions.
• Ability to effectively organize work, balance priorities, and manage time across assigned responsibilities.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience with CMS platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience with UX/CX/design thinking.
• Experience in agile, product-led environments. 
 Role Designation 
Hybrid

 Role designation definition:
• Teleworking is working full time remote.
• Hybrid is a minimum of 2 days onsite.
• Onsite is full-time onsite. Anchored in Connection Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week – most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships, creativity, and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote. 
 Compensation and Benefits 
$61,200.00 - $79,500.00 - $97,800.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job. We offer a comprehensive benefits package which may include:
