Senior Lead Project Controls Specialist

This is a high-visibility individual contributor role focused on resource planning, operational expenditure governance, and delivery capacity across complex project environments. You’ll build data-driven models that connect customer and project demand with workforce supply, business priorities, and available delivery capacity. The role requires close collaboration with project controls, program management, operations, engineering, finance, product, and business leadership teams. You’ll identify resource gaps, contractor requirements, vacancies, skill constraints, and delivery risks while developing practical recommendations for senior decision-makers. The position combines advanced analytics, scenario planning, forecasting, governance, and executive communication within a large, matrixed organization. You’ll also improve planning standards, reporting processes, data quality, and forecast reliability to strengthen operational and financial decision-making.
