Job Overview: Looking for Talented candidates with Experience of 0-1 year, interested in developing a career in Solution analysis in the Field of ICT Eligibility Criteria:
- Fluent at Verbal/Written English Communication
- Analytical Thinking and Problem solving
- Business Requirement Understanding and requirement engineering
- Should be interested to learn VoIP and SIP
- Should have completed Graduation
- Good to have education qualification: BE Computer Engineering/
Be It/be Ec/bca/mca/mba
Key Responsibilities:
- Core SA activities which include requirement gathering, preparing documentation, SOW, FRD, BRD, maintain a clear communication channel between various stakeholders, understand business requirements and co-ordinate with the development team for requirements development. Able to quickly grasp the application knowledge and align with customer requirements and company goals.
- Work closely with Solution Analyst, Business Development Team and Tech Leads/Tech SMEs
- Managing client communication
- Participate in conference calls with prospects / customers to gather business requirements along with Solution Analyst
- Assist Solution Analyst in Writing SOW, SRS, BRD, FRD as per the needs
- Assisting Senior members with Projects requirement gathering and documenting Project information as per the need.
- Prepare Work Breakdown Structure and Estimates for a requirement
- Work closely with SA for Presales & Post sales activities.
- Work closely with UI/UX team, Project Manager and Tech Leads
- Assist in preparing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria under the guidance of senior members.
- Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint ceremonies to understand Agile processes.
- Assist in process documentation, basic research, and requirement validation.
- Continuously learn and adapt to solution analysis practices, aligning with project and organizational goals.
