Benefits Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Benefits Manager based in the United States. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing employee benefits programs in a fully remote corporate and technology environment. The Benefits Manager will help shape benefits strategy while ensuring programs are effectively administered and aligned with organizational needs. The position requires strong ownership of benefits operations, vendor coordination, employee communications, and compliance-related activities. A key focus will be leading the full open enrollment lifecycle, from planning and strategy through implementation and post-enrollment audits. The role also calls for hands-on experience with medical plan structures, including transitions from fully insured or level-funded plans to self-funded arrangements. Success will require strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate across HR, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
