Demand Planning MEU Process & System Expert

Make It Possible This is a secondment/fixed term opportunity until 31/03/2028. Your scope will be all MEU markets (excl. Russia) and will cover all aspects of the end-to-end DP process and systems applicative map (Master data and transactional data in use in DP, forecast generation incl. integration with Statistical modelling, downstream integration with Supply Planning for forecast release and Opps & Risks management and with IBP / financial forecast monetization). How you will contribute You will:

• Drive improvement of common DP business processes to meet business requirements
• Be the key liaison point for the

Sap Apo

DP, BI and SAC technical team

• Harmonize and enhance MEU Demand Planning end-to-end system usage for planning processes (SAP APO, SAS, Camden IBP, BI, SAC) and in preparation for o9
• Harmonise and enhance

Bi Dp

reporting to support the business and highlight adherence to IBP best practices in preparation for o9

• Identify system enhancements required for optimization of business processes, supporting COE roadmap to transitioning to o9 best practice processes
• Prioritize the business requirements to ensure most important system changes are developed / delivered first
• Simplify interface and batch job schedules to support an efficient use of system resources
• Monitor system performance and escalate whenever not meeting business requirements
• Conduct improvement projects to increase

system and process usage.

• Knowledge share, coach and train APO DP, BI and

Sac Dp

key users across MEU to increase stability, animate monthly forums with the key-user community (DP Reference Group, SAC Key-user call, preparing transition to o9)

• Coordinate and support monthly IBP volume adjustment process in SAC
• Provide technical support to ensure correct execution of Opps & Risks supply feasibility assessment What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
