Key Roles & Responsibilities • · Manage end-to-end servicing and backend operations for assigned corporate accounts. • · Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, documentation and query resolution. • · Coordinate with sales, underwriting, claims, operations and other internal teams for seamless delivery. • · Monitor service TATs, escalations and operational SLAs to ensure high client satisfaction. • · Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency. • · Maintain accurate MIS, documentation and compliance with internal governance standards Key Requirements–Education & Certification • · Graduate / Postgraduate from a recognized institute Key Requirements – Experience & Skills • · 6–10 years of experience in Corporate Insurance Operations/Client Servicing/Policy Administration. • · Strong understanding of corporate insurance processes and policy lifecycle. • · Strong operational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • · Excellent coordination, stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
