Culinary Aide

We’re seeking a Culinary Aide to help prepare, portion, and serve meals that meet high standards for taste, safety, and presentation. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing food items for regular and therapeutic diets
• Ensuring meals are served attractively and on time
• Using proper portion control and food storage methods
• Maintaining food temperatures and completing required logs
• Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and safe
• Following infection control and safety procedures
• Assisting with inventory and supply storage
• Supporting residents with kindness and professionalism

Licenses/Certification Food Handlers Permit, if required per state regulations. Experience Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred. Experience in food service is desired. Therefore, individuals must be at least 18 years of age to be employed in this position.
