About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Junior Client Success Specialist to join our Client Success Management (CSM) team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for creating, maintaining, and auditing Budget to Actual (B2A) artifacts. Additionally, you will support CSM operations by conducting routine audits of administrative workflows and recurring team tasks to ensure operational excellence and consistency across client accounts. This is an excellent role for an organized professional looking to build a strong foundation in Client Success and Account Operations.
