Regional Manager

About the Role MyClassboard helps schools run smarter with its school management software. We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager, an individual contributor role, to build a strong pipeline of partner schools and drive revenue in the region assigned by Head Office. This role suits someone who is self-driven, works by the numbers, and has a proven record of selling software. Key Responsibilities Sales Planning and Pipeline

• Build and manage the regional sales funnel from first contact to closure.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly target school plans, and monitor demos delivered and pipeline generated.
• Call and visit schools to set appointments, deliver product demos, and lead negotiations through to closure.
• Identify potential schools and close partnerships to implement MyClassboard school management software. Reporting and Data Management
• Maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the department head within agreed timelines.
• Submit monthly and quarterly sales projections for the region.
• Keep the database of prospective schools accurate and current on the company's CRM and sales portal. Requirements Must Have
• 3–6 years of sales experience, including a track record of selling a software product
• Experience owning the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting and demos to closure
• Working knowledge of Excel and CRM tools
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Good to Have
• Experience selling to schools, colleges, or the education sector
• Familiarity with school ERP, SaaS, or EdTech products
