As an AI Engineer specializing in MLOps and AIOps, you will play a critical role in deploying, operating, and optimizing enterprise-grade AI solutions built on Azure, collaborating closely with AI Developers, Product Owners, Governance leaders and Cloud Architects to ensure these systems are reliable, scalable, and cost-effective across tax, audit, advisory, and client-facing applications. • Ensure seamless integration across the platform's Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents and Application layers
• Drive model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents
• Lead technical development of the EisnerAI Agent Workforce.
• Design agentic frameworks supporting initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical fieldMaster's degree preferred (Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus)
• 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture role
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutions Must-Have Skills
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and the broader Azure AI services ecosystem
• Proven experience with Azure OpenAI Service, including GPT models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Experience implementing Azure AI Search, including vector search, semantic search, and knowledge mining use cases
• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering and machine learning model development
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning, including MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management
• Familiarity with Azure Cognitive Services, such as Document Intelligence, Language Understanding, and Computer Vision
• Working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers
• Exposure to vector databases such as Azure Cosmos DB, Pinecone, or Weaviate
