Junior Manual QA Tester

Position Summary As Junior Manual QA Tester, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of realworld one’s immersive Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) applications for global life-science companies. You will test assigned features and interactive content, document defects and user-experience issues clearly, and work closely with developers, designers, producers, and other QA team members. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you will build strong manual-testing fundamentals and contribute to stable, polished experiences that meet defined requirements and quality standards. Responsibilities

• High motivation to learn quickly, take ownership of assigned work, and apply feedback, with attention to detail and reliable, high-quality work expected from day one.
• Execute assigned functional, regression, exploratory, gameplay, content and VR tests across client projects and product features.
• Follow requirements, test plans and checklists; record results accurately and identify any blocked or untested scope.
• Identify, reproduce and document defects with clear steps, expected and actual results, build or device details, and supporting evidence.
• Verify resolved defects and perform relevant regression checks with guidance from the QA team.
• Review features from an end-user perspective and report on usability, content, and quality observations.
• Create and update straightforward test cases and contribute to test-coverage discussions.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, modelers, producers and QA colleagues; ask clarifying questions and communicate blockers early.
• Maintain assigned test records and provide reliable updates on progress, coverage, and outstanding issues. Qualifications
• 0–2 years of experience in manual software, games or interactive-content testing; freshers with strong foundational knowledge are welcome.
• Basic understanding of functional, regression and exploratory testing, the defect life cycle, and severity or user impact.
• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and patience to repeat checks carefully.
• Ability to write clear defect reports and communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to learn Jira or similar test and defect-management tools.
• Interest in VR, AR, games or interactive 3D experiences; exposure to headset testing, Unity or Unreal Engine is an advantage but not required.
