Content Specialist

• Resident in Malta or Hold an EU Passport (*Fluent in German & English) Overview: We’re looking for a creative, organised and digitally minded Content Specialist to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day content for one of our banking products. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content across our social media channels and website, helping to keep our digital presence fresh, relevant and consistent. Working closely with Marketing, Product and Compliance teams to communicate our product clearly and effectively. Ideally looking for someone with a good understanding of social media marketing and a strong feel for content, tone of voice and different audiences. You should be comfortable working independently, taking ownership and turning complex information into clear, engaging and customer-friendly content. *Fluency in both Written and Spoken German is essential. Role: Content & Social Media
• Take ownership of the day-to-day content across our social media channels.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar.
• Support campaigns, product launches, promotions and other marketing initiatives.
• Create or coordinate social assets, including graphics, short-form video and other digital content.
• Monitor comments, messages and engagement, responding appropriately and escalating queries where needed.
• Keep up to date with social media trends, platform developments and content best practices.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future content. Website Content
• Publish and update product information, campaigns, announcements and other website content.
• Ensure website content is accurate, current, engaging and consistent with the brand.
• Work with internal teams to gather information and turn it into clear, customer-friendly content.
• Coordinate website updates with relevant stakeholders, including Compliance and Product teams. Skills & Experience:
• Good understanding of Social Media Marketing and Current Platform Trends
• Strong Feel for Content, Tone of Voice and Different Target Audiences
• Ability to create engaging Content across different Formats and Channels
• Comfortable Working Independently and taking Ownership
• Strong Organisational Skills and Ability to Manage Multiple Content Activities at the same time
• Interest in using Content
• Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills, especially when working with Marketing, Product and Compliance teams
• Very Good Written and Spoken German
• Good Working Knowledge of English
