Lab Technician As a Lab Technician you will perform a broad range of laboratory testing, prototype development, product validation, and manufacturing process support activities. Under general supervision, the technician executes standardized laboratory procedures, operates specialized test equipment, troubleshoots routine equipment and test issues, and ensures the accuracy and integrity of tests. • Performs a broad range of chemical, electronic, mechanical, or physical laboratory tests and/or analysis of materials or finished products using established procedures and documented work instructions. Testing includes, (but is not limited to) destructive physical analysis, corrosion assessments, and equipment calibrations. (20%)
• Configures, operates, and maintains laboratory instrumentation and test equipment. (20%)
• Builds, modifies, and troubleshoots laboratory test fixtures and prototype assemblies. (20%)
• Collects, records, and analyzes test results for completeness and identifies inconsistencies. Writes detailed analysis reports as required by the Company and any relevant regulatory agency. Reports findings to production, quality control, and other departments as needed. (20%)
• Accurately completes laboratory logs, electronic records, inspection reports, and other required documentation. Maintains small databases for the control of work and records retention. (20%) What You Bring
