Associate - Product Designer

You should apply if you have:

• A strong understanding of UI/UX and product design fundamentals.
• Experience designing digital products and end-to-end user flows.
• Good knowledge of Figma and design systems.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your design workflow.
• An eye for visual detail, usability, and consistency.

• Prefer working only on individual screens without understanding the larger user journey.
• Are not comfortable taking ownership of your work from problem definition to developer handoff. Skills Required:
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and product design principles.
• Figma: Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Styles, Libraries, and responsive design.
• Understanding and practical experience with design systems.
• User flows, wireframing, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Responsive design for web and mobile.
• Working knowledge of AI tools for research, ideation, design exploration, content or workflow automation.
• Ability to write effective prompts and use AI tools to improve design efficiency.
• Understanding of UX research and usability.
• Strong visual design, typography, spacing, layout, and interaction skills. What will you do?
• Own product design tasks end-to-end, from understanding the problem to final design and developer handoff.
• Design and improve user flows, screens, and experiences across web and mobile.
• Work closely with product, design and tech teams to understand requirements and solve user problems.
• Use and contribute to the design system across product experiences.
• Create and maintain reusable components and patterns in Figma.
• Use AI tools to support research, ideation, exploration, iteration, and day-to-day design workflows.
• Explore and evaluate new AI tools and workflows that can improve design efficiency.
• Review existing experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work on new features as well as improvements to existing product experiences.
• Prepare designs for development and collaborate with developers during implementation.
• Take feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure the final experience matches the intended design. Work Experience: 0-3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably with e-commerce or D2C experience and a portfolio showcasing relevant product work. Working days: Monday
