Job Summary Monday

• Friday 3-7PM Position Summary Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary healthcare environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Performs a variety of environmental services duties to support hospital operations and ensure compliance with cleanliness and infection prevention standards. Patient Care Required: No Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain patient and non-patient care areas, including floors, carpets, furniture, fixtures, walls, windows, and restrooms. Sweep, mop, wax, strip, polish, vacuum, and shampoo floors and carpets. Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles. Clean and sanitize restroom facilities and replenish supplies as needed. Remove debris from building grounds and assigned areas. Operate high- and low-speed floor care equipment. Set up tables, chairs, and equipment for meetings, events, and hospital activities. Identify and report maintenance and repair needs. Follow established safety, infection control, and environmental services procedures. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Experience Experience working with the cleaning equipment and chemicals used in hospitals and healthcare centers 2-3 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently but also be a team player.
• Good communication and comprehension skills.
