In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and supporting the successful implementation of project objectives. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects from initiation through successful completion
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to achieve agreed goals and deliverables
• Track project progress, timelines and milestones while identifying and addressing potential risks
• Coordinate meetings, communication and regular project reporting with stakeholders and management
• Support the improvement of project management processes, tools and working methods Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in an international environment
• Experience in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management
• Good understanding of IT environments and technical processes
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; German is an advantage What we offer:
