Lead the consolidation of monthly close, forecast & Board of Directors materials, manage the weekly CFO business update process, and champion new technologies to create impactful analyses and reimagine our monthly forecasting process. The Senior Manager will be the primary business partner and provide analytical support to Investor Relations, Accounting, Treasury, HR, Strategy and global brand FP&A teams. The role reports to the Vice President of Global Corporate FP&A and is part of the Global Tapestry Finance team. · Lead preparation of all Month End Close, Monthly Forecast, Board of Directors and Senior Leadership materials · Manage the weekly CFO business update, incorporating brand feedback, latest trends and outside perspective to forecast a range of quarterly financial outcomes · Champion technology usage and leverage new AI tools to design insightful, high-context KPI dashboards to drive business decisions · Reimagine our end-to-end forecasting process by incorporating new technology to improve accuracy and speed · Be the key FP&A business partner to the investor relations team, updating shared financial models with latest forecast information and aligning on key messaging for management reporting · Manage annual bonus and equity payout processes by calculating company performance vs. financial targets and communicating to key stakeholders · Lead the global Capex and real estate consolidation process and build robust reporting infrastructure to provide insights to management team · Develop strong business partnerships across functional groups at Tapestry as well as within the brands The accomplished individual will possess...

• BS in Finance or Accounting preferred, MBA a plus
• 5+ years of finance experience in a high-paced, performance-driven business environment (either within an FP&A team or from investment banking or management consulting), retail finance experience a plus
