Description The Valley of the Sun J is seeking a dependable and energetic Part-Time Fitness Floor Staff Member to support our members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fitness and customer service! Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and provide friendly, professional customer service, exceeding expectations
- Assist Fitness Director and or Manager on Duty with requests or inquiries
- Supervise the fitness floor to ensure safety and proper equipment use, hazard free
- Assist members with basic equipment questions
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workout areas throughout the shift.
- Assist in class set-up and reset
- Manage Towel Service
- Enforce facility policies and report any safety or maintenance concerns Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual with strong time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently during early hours
- Interest in fitness and helping others
- Basic knowledge of gym equipment preferred
- Previous customer service or fitness experience a plus What We Offer

- Physical Requirements/Demands: Standing, walking, repetitive motions, bending, stretching, lifting objects over 45lbs.
- Education/Specialized Training: CPR and First Aid certification
