This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager based in Canada. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives from planning through release, helping teams deliver against ambitious customer and business commitments. You will partner with engineering, product, design, QA, platform, and operations leaders to establish plans, manage dependencies, and resolve delivery risks. Acting as a senior voice within the Program Management Office, you will help strengthen governance, execution frameworks, and program management standards. A major focus of the role is using AI to transform how program management work is performed at scale. You will design reusable, multi-step AI workflows that automate coordination, reporting, and data analysis across tools and teams.
