Harmon, Inc. Join Our Team! Harmon is hiring a Quality Technician I to help ensure our products meet high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is a great fit for someone with manufacturing quality experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and partnering with production teams. What You'll Do

• Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Audit materials, processes, and finished products for compliance with quality standards.
• Use testing and measurement equipment to verify product quality.
• Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Partner with production teams to prevent defects and improve processes.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, inspection, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with production teams
• Basic computer skills and experience maintaining records Preferred Skills
• Experience using inspection and testing equipment
• Curtain wall industry experience
• Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes
