Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to support our Sales team in driving customer engagement, business development activities, and revenue growth initiatives within the automotive industry. This internship provides hands-on exposure to sales operations, customer relationship management, market intelligence, data analysis, and emerging sales technologies. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, organized, and eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced business environment while learning how modern sales teams leverage data and AI-driven tools to improve performance and customer engagement. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of customer presentations, proposals, sales materials, and business reviews.
  • Support customer communication, follow-up activities, and relationship-building efforts.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, sales databases, and customer records.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to track key performance metrics, pipeline activity, and customer trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Program Management, Marketing, and Customer Service, to support customer needs and business objectives.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and technologies to improve prospecting, customer insights, data analysis, and sales process efficiency.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to automate or streamline sales-related activities through the use of AI and digital tools.
  • Participate in customer meetings, internal sales reviews, and special projects as assigned.
  • Support lead generation and business development initiatives through research and outreach activities.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to support research, customer insights, content creation, data analysis, and process optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the automotive industry, sales operations, customer engagement, and emerging technologies.
