Job Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride. Own commercial data and Sales Operations processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery across sales targets, incentives, master data, KPIs, and commercial systems. How you will contribute You will:
- Manage sales target and incentive data, including setup, validation, and maintenance.
- Own commercial master data across customer, product, channel, hierarchy, and territory.
- Support KPI/performance reporting and provide ad-hoc commercial analysis.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Category, and Regional teams to resolve data and system issues.
- Support UAT, system enhancements, and business requirement validation Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales/Commercial Operations, Data Analytics, Master Data, or BI.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI/SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of commercial processes, KPIs, and incentive mechanisms.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and ownership.
