Description Join us for our busiest and most exciting season of the year! **Temporary Seasonal Position: November–December** ** Approximately 32–40 hours per week | Weekend availability required** The Wynwood Walls Shop is looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Seasonal E-Commerce Fulfillment and Backstock Associate to join our team for the holiday season. - Opportunity to work with a collaborative team during our busiest time of year. Compensation: Pay: $17–$19/hour, based on experience Essential Functions:
- Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and on time.
- Prepare shipping materials, labels, boxes, and mailers.
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Organize backstock by category, size, and SKU.
- Replenish inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Restock the sales floor as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
- Partner with the E-Commerce Supervisor and Retail Manager to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Assist with additional seasonal needs during high-volume periods and special events. Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail stockroom, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency; experience with Shopify or other order management systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, peak holiday dates, and high-volume seasonal periods.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
