Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation and cash and trade position and resolve the break on timely manner.
- Perform NAV calculation on assigned hedge funds.
- Processing settlement on payment.
- Handling general administrative tasks and liaising with other departments as required.
- Assist in the invoicing process, collection of receivables.
- Provide support to other operations’ tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned. Requirements
- Master's Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines.
- 2-4 years of working experience preferably gained in the financial services industry. Experience in Fund Services experience would be a plus.
- Proactive, mature, high level of attention to detail, able to work independently under pressure and strong sense of meeting tight committed deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation applications, including the ability to produce neatly presented work. Stay informed on
